As our business grows, so do opportunities. We’re now seeking to appoint a Head of Compliance to join us and provide support across all Mutual functions, including: Compliance, Finance and Claims. In this role, you will: Support: Assistthe Associate Director with all elements of the Mutual business, AFSL Compliance and Claims Management. Identify and mitigate: compliance risks and controls. Maintain : Mutual’s compliance management framework, ensuring operation in accordance with Regulatory and Financial Services licence requirements. We’re looking for someone with 3 years experience in a similar role who has: Industry experience: ideally coming from an Insurance background, with a wealth of knowledge across Risk & Compliance, AFSL and Claims. Operated at an executive level: preparing and presenting papers at Board level as well as providing regular updates to our global executive team. Hands on approach: as a senior member of the Mutual business, you will need to lead from the front, providing a high level of coaching and development to the Compliance team. Attention to detail: drive compliance monitoring, maintain the complaints and breach registers as well as provide reporting for internal parties and Regulatory bodies.
